Hope begins with practical help.

We support people in need with food, essential medicines and sustainable community services. We start in Holguín and aim to expand where help is needed.

Practical help today. Sustainable opportunities tomorrow.

Many families in Cuba struggle every day for food, medicine and electricity. Hope Cuba works with trusted people on the ground whom we know personally, and makes it clear who receives which help and how funds are used.
